Windover Palms Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and managed by a team that truly cares about its residents. Mrs. Thornton does an excellent job managing the property and is always professional, respectful, and helpful. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition. Nate, the Maintenance Manager, along with Don and Jared, do an exceptional job keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. They are prompt, reliable, and always willing to help whenever a maintenance issue arises. Their hard work and dedication make a positive difference in the community every day. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by the entire Windover Palms team. I highly recommend Windover Palms Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to live.

Fantastic experience walking thru this property for pre-rental tour. Pavel was polite, knowledgeable, honest. Thoroughly a delightful property thanks to this staff member.

If I could give this place ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would! The front office staff Katrina and the manager Debra is EXTREMELY unprofessional and to be honest straight up rude. They communication skills are lack there of. Nobody is ever on the same page. I dodge a bullet by NOT following thru with my application and finding somewhere else to stay. Be careful when considering them as your home that’s all I’ll say.

Mrs. Katrina & the Security manager were very polite! We moved in easily and they were very nice and genuine.
