Nice location beautiful inside and outside, The new property manager Kildread is amazing! She's always attentive and available if there's any issues with your unit. I highly recommend everyone to apply here if your in search of a nice clean place to stay.

Living at Volusia Crossing is a truly pleasant experience. Kildred and front office staff is exceptionally kind and courteous, They help with anything you need help with in a timely manner any maintenance issues is handled in a timely manner great team I love living there everything is clean and always maintain and very well kept. The neighborhood is always peaceful and quiet, I could have not chosen a better place to live! Kildred will work with you to get anything done she Great!

It’s affordable, calming, and student-friendly, which made it the perfect place for me during my time here. I especially want to highlight Jamila Jones—she is truly the heart of this complex. Professional, fast, efficient, and always kind, Jamila gets things done without hesitation. Any time I had a question or needed something handled, she responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. Her dedication and warmth made me feel welcome and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a great place to live with staff that truly cares, Volusia Crossing is the place to be.
