I have lived here for a long time and previously left a review. While the property is generally quiet and the recent cosmetic updates are noticeable, management’s communication and operations are consistently unprofessional. Resident notices are often unclear, inaccurate, or sent too late to be useful. Office hours are inconsistent, with different opening times posted in different locations, and the office frequently does not open at the stated time. Maintenance has arrived as early as 8:00 a.m., sometimes before the office is open, and residents have received notices at the end of the day for work that was already completed earlier that morning. Scheduled dates are also frequently incorrect. In addition, staff turnover appears very high. Employees change every few months, making it difficult to know who actually works here or who is responsible for addressing issues. A business should operate on a consistent schedule, provide timely and accurate notices, and maintain stable staffing. The ongoing lack of organization creates confusion and legitimate concern for residents.

This place would be great if management showed up on time and actually handled maintenance. The only time they’re in the office is when rent is due, and getting something fixed is a struggle. If you don’t mind waiting forever for repairs, it’s an okay place to live. Otherwise, they tell more lies than politicians.

I appreciate the efforts to get everything under control, but for those of us trying to live here, there are a few key issues that need addressing. First, the problem isn't just the building; it's also about who’s being hired. The hiring process is flawed, leading to frequent theft and property damage. The maintenance team is trying, but their efforts fall short. The only competent maintenance worker doesn't speak English, and the others seem unqualified for the job. If you keep hiring unsuitable people, these issues will persist, leading to chaos. The building needs significant repairs, but those efforts are undermined by poor management. Additionally, there’s a lack of communication with residents. Maintenance enters apartments without notice, and it takes months to address simple issues. The current management is ineffective, but I appreciate the investment and efforts to improve. However, it seems like you’ve bitten off more than you can chew. The maintenance team isn’t working efficiently, and the office staff appears unprofessional. The entire operation needs a thorough overhaul.

This apartment complex is very clean and peaceful. The rent is reasonable and the townhouses have all the amenities. It offers a business center, fitness center and a playground. The flat units you need a key card to enter, they have elevators and a laundry facility on both floors.

Reality tv show apartments they only look nice !! The maintenance sucks never have people working and the head manager Natasha puts people out for no reason!! Corporate office never answers so she is the manager who over sees everything and she makes things very personal against tenants!! She also is a resident here so she is always spying through windows and having the neighbors in your business!!! I stayed here for a year paid my rent on time never had one complaint and I am leaving now cause Natasha doesn’t like me which is unfair cause I don’t even know or speak to her!!! Don’t move here the service is terrible feels like your living in a jail!! They Also own Halifax 2 , pine haven and villages which the same manager governs over everything!!! Don’t be fooled and they try and keep your security when you move so be careful of these unjust living conditions !!!!
