I love the community environment; it's very clean and tidy, and the apartment maintenance service is always excellent. Concordcafe's customer service is also very friendly; they respond to your needs very promptly. Today I had a great experience with Norma. Thank you.

I paid a hundred-dollar application fee and a two-hundred-fifty-dollar administrative fee to lease a studio apartment here. The admin fee paperwork clearly stated it was refundable if I was not approved or if I cancelled within 48 hours. When my cosigner backed out, I immediately called to cancel since I couldn’t qualify on my own income. They refused to refund the admin fee, claiming I was ‘approved’ but just needed a roommate or guarantor for a studio apartment, which makes no sense. I even spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. When I asked for corporate’s number, he refused to give it to me and said he could only give me his boss’s number. Extremely shady and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time or money applying here. They’re not honest about their fees.

I just moved in to the Victoria Place and I absolutely love it. I really wanted a room for my cats, but I didn’t want a 2 bedroom so their 1 bedroom with the solarium was perfect for me. The office staff is very sweet and attentive. Jalie help me find a unit that fit all of my need with the perfect view.

Its so bad to live here, youre forced to pay 100$ for a bad internet that you can get better at spectrum for half the price, then theres the loads of construction that happens around and inside the area, let alone the fact that they make you pay fees if they want to do check ups, like they wanted to check on the fire sprinklers as soon as spring break comes along, and if youre on holiday or not in the place or whatever, youre forced to pay a fee for not being there at that time. Please chose any other place, im only stuck here due to my lease.
