I really want to commend Twelve Oaks Apartments for maintaining such high-quality staff. Jean was absolutely amazing!! Professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a long list of maintenance requests, from the washer to the kitchen sink and even bathroom issues, and he fixed it all quickly and thoroughly and everything works better than before!! I felt safe and comfortable while he was working, which truly matters. Jean’s work reflects the standards, care, and excellence that Twelve Oaks Apartments clearly values. Thank you for employing people who take such pride in what they do.

Quiet neighborhood for the most part, staff are friendly. However, note lots of broken in cars and gate that works only few months out of year. My biggest issue is moving out, you are charged for everything including lock changes(I turned in all my keys) and DO NOT do the deposit rent combo it covers absolutely nothing. Giving them free money. I do not recommend. Advertised rent is about $100 less then what you will actually pay

Percy was great. Fixed the issues I had with my washer and shower head, and helped me with my bedroom windows. He was sweet and respectful. Tammy my leasing agent has been so great sense I met her. She's been super helpful throughout the whole application, walk-through, and move in process. I'm happy to call Twelve oaks home.

Edit: Three Stars to two stars. The place has a long way to go in terms of property maintenance and repair, but the new management team seems to be doing everything they can to make things better ASAP. Very welcoming staff. CONS: • Mandatory "trash valet" service by Valet Living (I'm not ecstatic about their service) with a monthly fee and other junk add-on fees • The resident processing system is not necessarily LGBT+ optimized • The sidewalks are disjointed from each other and the accessibility features were sloppily implemented (see photos) • There isn't a pedestrian/bicycle route through the entrance/exit so it can be a bit awkward or dangerous when entering and leaving the complex without a car August 2025

*Update* Raccoons have been living in my attic for a month now. I've requested pest control four times and each time they respond saying the work order is closed, as if they actually did something.. This community is plagued by high crime rates, and while it has security gates, they are often non-functional. The lease agreement explicitly states that the management is not obligated to provide security, making the gates more of a false reassurance than a safeguard. Residents have experienced frequent car vandalism, and the amenities are poorly maintained. The gym's air conditioning is non-operational, equipment remains broken for extended periods, and it took months to get the pool into a usable condition. Oh not to mention the pests.. Cockroaches everywhere.
