Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Title: Disappointing Management and Uninhabitable Conditions Do your research before signing a lease here. My husband and I have lived here for three years, and in that time, we have cycled through three different property managers with zero improvement in quality. We pay our rent on time every month, yet the basic upkeep of our apartment is completely neglected. The issues are out of control: • Major Maintenance Failures: I have been unable to use my bathroom sink for three months. Repairs are constantly left incomplete, and maintenance workers show no urgency in fixing active leaks. • Structural Neglect: There are literal holes in the side of the building that allow birds to get into the walls. They peck and noise all night and morning, making it impossible to sleep. • Poor Infrastructure: The door seals, hinges, and window frames are in terrible condition. Furthermore, the community amenities like the pool and laundry room stay broken. • Management Issues: When I requested a rent credit to assist with our relocation due to these conditions, I was denied. Management offered the security deposit back instead, which doesn't begin to cover the three years of mounting issues we've endured. The only reason we stayed this long was the proximity to work, but it is no longer worth the stress. It is sad to see a property managed this poorly. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This is not even the half ******** Now a week later there is an apartment getting new carpet but no vendors yet to fix my bathroom plumbing and fix anything. No one to fix the electrical issues. Nothing but new carpet is getting put down. That last picture is one week later still no progress

It’s move in day. I’m not sure I could have been made to feel more welcome by Dane, Angie and another guy (he told my his name and I’ll update tomorrow because I can’t remember it) I was given a tour of the property, loved the amenities and the friendly neighbors. My apartment was sparkling clean when I got in. There was a welcome gift that included something I was in dire need of…I leave it at that. I’m already tired of typing and there was about 17 other things I wanted to include but it’s move in day and I’m exhausted.
