The Wymore 360

I was scheduled an apt viewing at 2pm today. I arrive at 1:25pm and saw that they were on lunch and sign said they would be back by 1:30. Me and my daughter went back in the car and drove around the complex to kill time and look at the complex. We were not impressed with the roads full of pot holes and very gloomy buildings, nothing like the pics. When we got back it was 1:50 pm. Door was still locked, lunch sign still on the door. We sat on the curb and the lady very nonchalantly unlocked the door and went back to her seat. We go in and she asked what we were there to see, told her we want to see the 1bdrm and she said that wasnt available anymore so I asked for a 2bdrm. 2 random pple walked in and she never said excuse me, never apologized just started taking care of 1 of them and talking to the other one like they were friends and asking me questions at the same time. Then she said she was going to give me a quote but she cant show me anything today cuz theres nothing ready. So why schedule an apartment viewing with no apartment to view. Waste of time and gas money. Spoke volumes of the service of this complex. Dont waste your time.

Fast Repairs. Friendly staff. Finally a breath of fresh air. Quiet neighborhood. I was skeptical at first . After being here for 8 months, its definitely comfortable and cozy. Pools and Gym consistently maintained. I highly recommend. All I can say is th that my experience here is purely good. Knock on wood.

I’ve been living at Wymore 360 for a year now and let me just say that I am forever grateful to Eduardo, Jenny & the property manager Suheily. In a year I’ve witnessed so many upgrades & remodeling within the property and I always see the maintenance going back and forth all day cleaning & keeping up with the property, Never even seen the dumpster full like in previous reviews. When I need assistance from maintenance it’s always a prompt response & they are always happy to help which honestly goes a long away. (I’ve had car issues many times and they even stop to help me) that alone should tell you everything you need to know about these guys. My favorite part is the kids in the community are always playing with each other and you don’t witness any drama with the kids or neighbors. My only advice is for the parents to keep an eye out so they don’t destroy the community the property is working so hard to keep. Same goes for the Dog Owners. Wymore 360 get a 5+ 🌟 from me & my family! ❤️ Ps. I have a beautiful apartment that it’s more than well kept, never seen a roach in the year I’ve been here. And even did my daughter’s 10th birthday in the club house & it was beautiful! 😌

We just moved here and so far The people in the office are wonderful Eduardo and Jenny are very kind and helpful and when I had problem or anything to fix in my place they came fast to fix it the same day. I love my apartment
