Best maintenance team hands down from any apartment I’ve been in!!!! I’ve never had to wait 24 hours for anything to get fixed unless it’s a weekend. As soon as you put a work order in their knocking on ur door in minutes 🙌🏾🙌🏾

TRUST THE REVIEWS! As new Florida Residents, we thought we would give this place a shot because of the low prices. Needless to say, we were terribly wrong. I could write an entire essay on the flaws of this apartment complex, but to cut the story short and keep it professional I will state three major issues that my wife and I have faced in our residency. 1. Environment/Residents High-crime and super noisy area with an ABUNDANCE of unsupervised adolescents causing issues at all hours. We have had children playing around on both of our vehicles, including our motorcycle. High-volume of disrespectful residents who destroy the laundry rooms, speed through parking lots, blasting music, litter, don’t pickup after their pets and more importantly consistently disturbing peace. Numerous times witnessing police and ambulance on vicinity. 2. Towing They will tow your car carelessly, making you lose money due to being vacant at work as well as tow yard fees. They say the facility is gated, but has never been since move-in. 3. Maintenance Between unprofessionalism and bare-minimum work this is the worst maintenance team my wife and I have ever experienced. We had about 15 issues requiring maintenance in just a year of living here. Upon move in our toilet didn’t even work and when trying to use our garbage disposal water poured out everywhere from underneath the sink. We had a severe case of black mold on all of our vents, and all they did was spray it with what seemed to be white spray paint and then leave. It would take them about a week to even address some issues. We were also told that the pool was being worked on and would be up and running in the next couple of months upon move-in. It was still not working 12 months later when moving out. Roach infestations EVERYWHERE. The water was turned off weekly for hours at a time during the most inconvenient hours. And most of the time without notice. And at the end of our lease they were going to raise our rent over $300.

I have lived here for a little over a year and my experience has been great. Management is super helpful, always available, and EXTREMELY communicative via email with anything pertaining to the property which I personally appreciate. Now, the maintenance crew is amazing. I have zero complaints. Whenever I experience an issue in my apartment they are quick to respond and will not leave until the job has been completed. They’re all very friendly, but Pedro & Ramon are the two that usually come take care of any issues in my apartment.They’re thorough with their work, respectful and most importantly very trustworthy.
