The Parker at Maitland Station Apartments

Living here has been the best! I moved in Oct 2024 and have renewed once so far and it has been the best. Maintenance requests are always resolved the same or next day depending on the time submitted, parking is great, amenities are the best, and living next to the sunrail station has so many perks as well. Everyone is so nice here!

I have lived at this apartment for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it. The staff here is amazing, the apartment itself is so modern and in great shape and the maintenance team is so helpful. I absolutely enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed here since 2021. The staff is great and very personable. It's a great community and less "corporate." I'm enjoying my stay here.

Overall great place to live. We had problems with our neighbors initially but the front staff was able to quickly move us into another apartment so we can feel comfortable and enjoy our home.
