This is dedicated to Keke and Dagie for their hard work. Property Manager demonstrates strong leadership and professionalism every day. They prioritize resident satisfaction while also supporting the staff to perform at a high level. Their ability to coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and communicate expectations clearly makes a big difference in our daily operations. They create a positive and productive work environment. The Assistant Property Manager is always friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to emails and calls and make sure any concerns are addressed. Their positive attitude and professionalism make every interaction pleasant. They are a great support to the community.

3yr resident. Pool filter breaks often with long wait times for repair, sometimes 3 month wait. Weight room's only security is a number pad and high schoolers often trash the space. Due to vandalism by aforementioned high schoolers there is no longer a furnished play area children that need supervision. I haven't had both a working washer and dryer for 3 months and the shared laundry area starts at $5 for each. At time of writing they are re-distributing machines in uninhabited apartments to replace broken machines. The resident count has sharply decreased since last year. When resident count was close to peak there would be frequent trash pileups sufficient enough to sustain flocks of vultures. The resident portal used to submit resident requests is not linked to the front office system, meaning there is no communication for repairs that require equipment purchases ie. washers/dryers. The communication breakdown is so thorough you will need to be friend specific office staff to ensure your maintenance requests are met. Maintenance is chronically understaffed and all fulfillment of maintenance reports are weeks out. I do not recommend.

Since Dagie join this leasing office she has made an immediate and noticeable positive impact. She is professional, knowledgeable and consistently approachable making every interaction smooth and reassuring. She also communicates with me and follows through promptly. she genuinely cares about residents concerns. Once I come through those doors she’s very welcoming and attentive. I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex. Work orders are handled incredibly fast and efficiently, which really makes a difference. Anytime I go into the office, I leave beyond happy! The staff is always friendly, professional, and truly cares about residents. Ever since the new property management took over, the property has been extremely well maintained, and you can really see the positive changes. I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend this community to others.

I had a great experience in this apartment. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a thoughtful layout. Management was responsive and professional, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shops and public transportation. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
