The Park at Rialto Apartment Homes

This place has been a nightmare from the start. Would give 0 stars if I could. Can’t wait to move out once my lease is up. Place is INFESTED with termites. First unit they tried to put me in was infested with roaches. Leasing office says they are doing pest control but I haven’t seen it at all. Work orders are in for months and no one does anything. Been waiting on a light to be replaced for over a month. Trash everywhere in the complex. And at the end of the day paying almost 1400 for 500 square feet with no dishwasher, no microwave, everything done in a shotty way. Whole building smells terrible. Nothing redeeming here. Save yourself the trouble. No amount of money saved is worth all the trouble this place will put you through.

I’ve had a really good experience here so far. The place is always clean and taken care of, and feels like comfortable place to live day to day. The front office has been great anytime I’ve needed help. they’re easy to talk to, quick to respond, and actually follow up, which I really appreciate. Maintenance has been just as solid. Any requests I’ve put in have been handled pretty quickly, and everything gets fixed without any runaround. No major issues, good communication, and a team that seems to care. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for something reliable 🫶🏾

I came in and toured with the young lady in the front who was really nice. Both the managers came out and greeted me and were very helpful
