I visited the community earlier, and Joanne was an absolute joy to speak with. Her warm and inviting energy made me feel comfortable and at home right away.

I just recently met Joanne at The Park at Milano and I must say she was such a pleasant person to meet. Such vibrant energy and energetic vibes. If you’re looking for a new home she’s definitely the right person to help you.

I would like to say that Heather in the office is an absolute GEM, she is absolutely gorgeous and amazing human being. Whenever I have any issues and just need someone with human understanding she is my first stop. Thank you for always being there, and a person of you’re words and a great person and worker.

Notice how so many of these reviewers only have 1 review and it's for this apartment? Don't be fooled. The positive: let's start with the good, the move out process was fairly easy and straightforward and our deposit was returned in full (which we appreciate). The negative: Where do I start, first off, we were shown a move in ready unit with a screened in patio (which was a requirement for our cat) and the unit we were given has no screen and a giant bucket of paint that was spilled and just left, a large pile of trash outside the patio with what appeared to be some kind of poultry based on the look and smell, old toilets instead of the new toilets in the unit we were shown, which do not properly flush and the toilet upstairs had to be turned off because the water runs extremely loud 24/7 to the point where you can hear it downstairs. On move in the unit was in complete disarray, with no cleaning done whatsoever we were forced to scrub the grim covered covered trim across the entire unit (it was green!) and repaint several areas. The carpet was old and not even shampooed and smelled like a musty basement and absolutely filled to the brim with dead roaches. The 2nd upstairs shower did not work and maintainance was unable to fix it, the property is on one water line which has issues all of the time so the water is usually turned off 1-3 times a week for multiple hours at a time. Roaches are definitely a problem here but the amount of roach trails that were in this unit on move in was crazy. The community itself is literred with trash, any effort that is out into these units is on the outside so that the leasing office can pull a bait and switch. If this 2 bedroom 2 bath was under $1200 then I might be less upset about the lack of care or effort in maintaining the property but they are charging $1700 a month for a shack, they tried to tell us that "oh the property is old", yeah so is the place I just moved into and it's 1000x nicer than the park at milano and cheaper. Don't bother paying more for this place vs somewhere else when the only thing you care getting is a stainless steel fridge with a broken ice maker they are too incompetent/uncaring to fix that you will be scrubbing for hours to remove the rust from. For the final pièce de résistance the downstairs bathroom ceiling would collapse and flood when it rained very hard, see the photos attached as well as the murder that happened 1 week before I moved in. I really don't understand how you guys aren't embarrassed to be renting these units out to people.
