I love the Palms club Orlando. Keyra is a very beautiful and caring person I ever met. She was courteous and polite in helping my husband and I with our apartment application. She has excellent customer service skills and always has a smile on her face. Come and check ✔️ the Palms Club out for yourself. Keyra is good people!

I have lived here for 10 years and my apartment is often used as model to show I have no roaches, very convenient location and affordable. If you want a new apartment I suggest you apply for a new community. I love my apartment and I love the fact that I can afford it my apartment is nice and cozy. The new team they have are amazing I have no problem talking to them or communicating with them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Management Office! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the office team at this apartment community. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and genuinely committed to helping residents feel at home. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly, and any request big or small is handled with care and efficiency. The staff goes above and beyond to keep the community running smoothly. They’re always friendly, organized, and proactive, whether it’s coordinating maintenance, helping with paperwork, or simply greeting residents with a smile. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a world of difference. Finding an apartment with a management office this dedicated is rare. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live!

Roaches, roaches, German Roaches everywhere, paid for amenities that were never open. Community area always closed. Pool was dirty, lake smelled like dead fish and old water. Moved here and was sick all the time. I only recovered when I left the apartment. Legally broke the lease with a lawyer due to the Landlords non compliance of keeping the unit hospitable under Chapter 83 section 51 where its says landlords must abide the health code standards. We think they are running a scam, phishing for tenants and waiting for them to break the lease in order to keep their security deposits. Seeing as citizens are constantly working to survive any action after would be a hassle for most Americans due to the cost of the rising inflation in our Nation. Hello, my name is Christian Alvarez. My wife and I are currently in a very one sided battle with the landlord of Apt 105 building 5572. We feel helpless, hopeless due to the conditions that we were put in. I am a Disabled Combat Veteran that fought my way back home to deal with the corruption that plagues this country. Selfishness, greed, a pit of dissolution and despair as we watch our dreams torn apart one by one. A dream we continue to hold on to, inspired by good actions and a sense of pride. Legal actions were taken to break the lease this late October, rending us vulnerable to homelessness. Luckily we were able to break the lease due to health code violations impeding the health and welfare of us, the tenants. We were constantly lied to, forced to live day in and day out with a severe infestation of German Cockroaches. Despite the cries for help and endless pest control with our own attempts to keep the property clean they continued to exist beyond our control. The emails never ceased, the cries for help rarely answered, this invasion would continue to pollute the very air we were breathing, causing many hospital trips. We could not keep food out, everything had to be sealed as we found roaches in our boxes of cereal, down to the fresh coffee we made every morning. These tiny roaches could fit in any nook and cranny, finding themselves over our bodies while we slept. Our apartment was bleached daily and disinfected over and over again until the issue became too difficult to control. I am writing this email, not to bring shame to the complex but awareness of this infestation. We want them to understand that issues like these hold constant consequences, if you want to own land you must water the crops, seems almost intentional that nothing was done to eliminate the pests to the point where my neighbors were also experiencing the same issue. Whatever reason behind the pests, they were there before us and will continue to exists until something is done. I pray that we get the compensation we deserve especially since not a single payment was late and we have countless evidence of the existence of these roaches and the pain we have suffered significantly due to signing only one lease with them. Our property management was Patch and Clean services in Orlando. Fabian was the one who came out to check on us when we called, he was the only one. No one besides him cared about the inhospitable conditions and more than once he left quickly saying he did not know what to do. Please help me and my wife share these experiences to get more voices to speak out. By law they are required to vacate premises, finding temporary housing for every tenant dealing with the pests (German Cockroaches) until the problem has been solved then quickly moving you all back into your homes so as to not use up too much of their resources. Again I repeat THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW, to vacate/relocate temporarily with their money, not yours, find housing for you and your families while they work together to solve the issue at hand. Thank you for your time and Happy Holidays. Blessings

We have been at the Palms Club for 8 1/2 years and getting ready to sign another years lease. While the property has gone through a lot of changes over these years, we are still happy with the overall living experience. This is a gated community, so you will be met with a friendly guard. A lot of care is taken to make sure only those authorized to enter get it. Once you pass the guard you will see the condo rental office and the resident home owners association on the left. As a renter we deal with both, for different reasons. Sasheen, the Rental Manger, is to the left and always a pleasure to speak with. She listens and does everything in her power to see that issues get handled in an appropriate and timely manner. To the right, you will find Aggie. She is the property Home Owners Association representative (I'm sure she has a different title, just don't know it off the top of my head.) She is response for homeowners and their needs. Here again, another pleasant individual to deal with. For a gated community, the rent is comparable to other complexes close by. They also have garages to rent, which is a plus. I have never had an issue with maintenance fixing any issues within our apt. For the most part, the parking lot is safe, but beware, if your registration sticker is out of date, it will be towed at your expense, no questions asked (and good luck getting it back!) There is also some issues with cars being broken into, and the complex is aware of this situation (just keep your personal items out of view and you will have no problems.) There are 2 pools on the property that are well maintained. There is also a weight room that has equipment that works. There is a playground, but I don't know if kids go there to play. I have included some pictures of the Club House (room) that you can rent as a resident. We did this and were very satisfied. All in all we are very pleased with the complex and look forward to the continuing improvements they are making.
