Christian is a kind man and showed me the area I am interested in moving to. He answered my questions even after my visit. The neighborhood seems nice

I met with Jay and also met with Christian they helped me with everything ,they made my move in as smooth as possible and I’m hopeful. The staff here at Oaks of Spring Valley is great! I love that management keeps a very open communication when notifying the residents and dealing with my concerns. When you just want to walk around the area you feel safe which is very important.

I recently came here with my daughter while she helped me to get back on my feet ,I got my own place here ,because of the cost ,the area and the cleanliness of the property. The residents here are very friendly and some have been here for a long time ,The staff here at Oaks of Spring Valley including maintenance are awesome when you place a request for maintenance they come ,they do not keep you waiting ,when you just want to walk around the area you feel safe which is very important, also when you call the office and need answers or help regarding anything they try to help you as best they can or give you resources .I met with The manager Jay and also met with Christian they helped me with everything ,they are very knowledgeable and made my move in as smooth as possible .and I’m hopeful I will be here for a while .
