The FIREALARM ALWAYS GO OFF AT 3am. Itβs currently 4:30 am as I write this review the fire alarm almost just gave me. A heart attack as it woke me up at this time and went off for at least ten minutes ures before it turned off. This is a rescue ring problem with this building since its opening and nobody seems to do anything about it Iβm sure there are many complaints on here by other students talking about this. π¨π¨π¨π¨π¨π¨

Had issues with maintenance costanstanly, I had blinds that did not completely cover my window when all the way down for almost the entire first semester, it took 5 requests and 2 in person visits to even get them looked at. There is no emergency maintenance available at all and not maintenance whatsoever past 5pm, so if something is flooding or you are locked out theres no one to help, even if it is earlier you have to walk to the lobby of a different property to get help. The elevators were consistently down and there were frequent power outs or water being cut off. The actual facilities and units are look nice, but everything beside aesthetics is lacking.

Everything breaks constantly especially the elevator and it takes them so long to fix it. It broke on move out day and I had to move all my stuff down the stairs.
