The management at this complex is terrible, especially if you have guest visiting. God forbid anything happens to you or your guests while living here because they won’t help you in any way. If it wasn’t for management or the excessive noise you hear in your own apartment day in and day out it would almost be a decent place to live.

I have been asking for my security deposit for over 2 months and there has been no call back from the office or the accounting team. I left the apartment in immaculate shape and the manager confirmed my apartment was checked out good and still nothing. Countless calls asking and checking on my refund for my security deposit and nothing, and no one will follow up.

There have been so many things gone wrong for me here. Starting with holes in my ceiling, trying to stress to the apartment management that this needed to be fix asap. They didn’t do it until my floor was full of water.
Then a few months go by, everything is fine, my neighbor moves out and I have a roach infestation. Hundreds. I have to put up my cats food because they are laying babies in there. I finally get that under control by myself (sealing up any holes under the baseboards in kitchen - which I saw them go under, putting out bait traps with poison, etc) - because if you ask maintenance to help they will come by *only on fridays* and spray roach spray in your dishwasher, then leave.
Still have a roach here and there, and now is my final straw with this apartment complex. My apartment has WASPS INSIDE. I found a third wasp within one week. Inside. Even when I haven’t opened my patio door in days. I got stung by one while I was sleeping and had to get antibiotics at the dr.
That still probably won’t be enough to have this issue looked at immediately. If my cats are allergic, or anyone who I have over, they could go into anaphylactic shock and die.
Sure, maintenance responds quick when your light bulb burns out but if it’s an actual issue you get ignored or they slap a bandaid on it.
I also added pics of my a/c unit that gave me nose bleeds/respiratory issues I had to clean out myself.

Cannot say enough good things about the Majestic at Baldwin Park. Units have beautiful high ceilings, location is excellent, maintenance is friendly and accommodates any issues quickly. Joy, the leasing agent, was always warm and friendly. She was very flexible with some requests I had and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Wish I could stay longer. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Winter Park/Baldwin Park area, definitely check out the Majestic.
