I love living at The Landings! I moved here with my three roommates my freshman year and have never once regretted it. Management is amazing, maintenance is quick (usually within 24 hours), there’s a convenient bus stop, rent is reasonable, and my apartment is everything I need. The Landings also do fun events every month, which I love and think really helps build a sense of community.
Eilyn at the front desk is the best. She has always made me feel welcome and takes the time to ask how I am doing. I love getting to see her when I walk into the office. The manager, Eric, has come to our apartment past business hours to unlock my roommate’s door when her key wasn’t working, which meant so much to my roommate. CJ, the maintenance manager, gets us right every time and will explain what went wrong and how to fix it again if you ask.
Additionally, I love the parking situation here. I have heard some horror stories regarding parking closer to campus, but here it is so easy for my family and friends to come visit, and there are no additional fees just to park where I am already paying to live.
Overall, I love living at The Landings, and if you are looking for somewhere near campus that will be easy living, I would highly recommend choosing here!

I've been living here since August of last year, and can comfortably say that I love living in this community. Eilyn helped us with leasing the apartment, and we've been very happy since. Whenever we have something that needs fixing, both CJ (the service manager) and his apprentice (Jeanne) have been extremely helpful. The community manager, Eric, is very knowledgeable and was very quick when responding to any inquiries we had. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in Gainesville!
