The Landing At East Mil Apartments

Horrible apartment complex. Roaches everywhere, rats everywhere. Potholes in the road. Property routinely gets vandalized delinquents. Management is never in the office. There appears to be a lot of fake 5-star reviews on here.

This place is so gross. The maintenance team is only competent enough to put paint over issues. Shankia the property manager is the worst. I hope she gets fired. Good thing this slum is off OBT because she’s at her next job.
