I recently had A/C and Water Heater issues and thanks to Matthew the new head of the maintenance department my issues were resolved quickly. The best part of all that is that he came a few days later just to make sure everything with the equipment was working right. Thank you Mr. Matthew sir.

I am giving 1 star because they solved my microwave problem. It was perfect. However, we are waiting for a service ticket that has been unsolved since last year.

Honestly, itโs not bad. We moved in a few years ago. The rent has always been fair compared to other apartments in the area. The area is not necessarily quiet as it is next to a busy road, but I feel safe enough walking around at night. Itโs not perfect though. The upgraded apartment is nice, but they did a terrible job painting and cleaning the porch before we moved in. Some of the fixtures like the light switches and plugs are cheap. The front doors leak if we get any kind of heavy rain or tropical storm. Outside of these issues, the upgraded apartments look nice. Everything feels solid and the building feels safe enough. The white kitchen was a horrible idea. I would hate to see the fingerprints if you have kids. Listen everyone experience is different, but compared to some of the options in Orlando, I wouldnโt pass this one up. At least temporarily. My advice, fix some of the plugs and light switches and take a little more time painting and cleaning, and continue to offer at a good price.

DEAR MANAGER LAURIE I had a very disappointing experience here. I originally scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM to view an apartment. When I realized Iโd be a bit late due to a prior appointment, I called ahead and asked if I could still come at 12:15 or just reschedule and was told it was to come at 12:30 instead. Then, unexpectedly at 12:10 (while I was already en route), I got a call asking if I could come at 2:00 PM instead due to the rain. I agreed, even though it made my schedule tight because I had work later. When I arrived at 2:00 PM as requested, the office was locked. I called multiple times at least seven and no one answered. I waited outside for 15 minutes and talking to the guy on the golf cart that said the manager was in there. Eventually, I knocked on the door. Someone finally came and, instead of greeting me, placed a sign saying the office would reopen at 3:00 PM. There had previously been a โWelcomeโ sign, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I was told there was an โemergency meeting,โ but when I spoke with a maintenance staff member on a golf cart, he said he wasnโt aware of any meeting and confirmed that the person had been inside the whole time. It felt like I was being deliberately avoided. This entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I made multiple efforts to be flexible and respectful, but that wasnโt reciprocated. If the appointment needed to be canceled she shouldโve said that. Not only that but the complex looks run down and gross.

Let me start by saying this. Most of the reviews with good ratings were set up for good reputation from the people who works in the property. I moved here a few months ago and the service here really sucks. My screen has been broken since the recent hurricane, sink drain, and closet doors are rusted and broken. The maintenance supervisor is very disrespectful along with the assistant manager. When I moved in here there were holes in my patio that had to be patched up due to bats flying out from them and into my patio. Our AC was broken for 2 1/2 months and the maintenance supervisor had admitted that he ignored some of our services. Also It is not right to discriminate or have a grudge against other people. There is mold in the walls that you can smell in the summertime. I understand that those apartments are old but at least have the courtesy to be able to help residents in there apartments when weโre paying almost $2000 of rent. However, I really appreciate Christine she is very helpful, understanding, and an outstanding person๐. The environment here is also satisfying and there are many attractions to go to.
