The Edge at Millenia

I’ve been living here for around half a year now, and had a wonderful experience so far. I love almost everything about this place and hope it continues to operate the way it has so far. The grounds are well kept, the staff are kind and helpful, the amenities are mostly well taken care of! (The gym could use some care and updates, however it is still a nice facility) Also, the maintenance team here deserves a shoutout. Every time I have any sort of issue (which have always minor anyhow) one of them is always quick to help. They’re so great and do such an excellent job! I love my apartment here, and am thankful to have found such a nice complex- keep it up management :)

Every time I submit a service request, Francisco handles it quickly and professionally. He’s very reliable and always gets the issue fixed fast. Great service! ————————————————————————————- I have lived in this community for three years, and it has consistently been clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The gated community and gated apartment access provide an added level of security, along with on-call parking enforcement. The property is modern and luxurious, and the office staff is professional, responsive, and efficient in resolving any concerns. Overall, it has been an excellent living experience.❤️

I have been living at the Edge for the past five years. It’s been my home and will continue to be my home. Not because I can’t find somewhere for less or for more, but because the management team makes me want to stay. They go above and beyond to make sure that this Community feels like home. 🏠 So Evelyn, Lily and Francisco please keep up the great work you have done well and I believe that you will continue to well. I toured this beautiful property recently and although I did not decide to reside here due to availability in my little time frame, I wanted to brag about my experience with Andrew!! From booking the tour to check in calls and emails Andrew was very helpful. Super kind with a personable personality. His customer service definitely made it hard for me to walk away from this complex. Edge is very lucky to have him!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now, under the old and current management company. I’ll share my experiences with the current company! I am generally satisfied with the office staff and especially with maintenance, the maintenance men (Francisco and another man I don’t know the name of) both do an amazing job, they are usually very quick to respond to request and to help us out. They are also very personable, Francisco was a major help to us when we transferred apartment units at the end of 2025. We have experienced minor issues specifically when we transferred units, however we know that the office workers are human and often it isn’t their fault when things are delayed from upper management. Overall, I always enjoy stopping by the office. Keyra and the young man who work in the front office are usually time efficient and helpful. I love living in this area and enjoy the proximity to everything Millenia offers. I do wish we had slightly better amenities other than the gym and pool as well as a visitor parking area/more parking since it’s hard to have guests over if they’ll end up getting towed but I’m sure that as The Edge community continues to improve that more amenities and parking could possibly come with time. I know there are plenty of mixed experiences living here, but I can confidently say we don’t really intend on leaving this complex until we buy a home- that’s how much we enjoy this community!
