The project is coming along great! We looked at several apartments but this is the most modern and it felt the safest. My niece is excited to move in for her senior year this Fall!

This Crossing at Winter Park looks amazing and is moving along very quickly. I am excited to move into my cottage for my next year at Rollins. After searching many local apartment complexes and single family rentals, this student housing project has exceeded my expectations with luxury private options. I would highly recommend for any Rollins student starting in the fall to consider this as their new home. Thanks for making the leasing process a seamless one!
