I moved into this apartment in September 2025 and was told the gym would be completed within two months. Nearly a year later, the gym is still unfinished with little to no progress. The pool and pool bathrooms have remained closed, and the grills and fire pits have been out of service due to a gas leak. I was also given a garage access code that never worked. Despite multiple maintenance requests, the issue has never been resolved. Residents continue paying high rent every month, yet many of the advertised amenities have been unavailable for almost a year. It’s very disappointing to pay premium prices without receiving the amenities that were promised.

Posting this so maybe the complex will actually pay attention! So excited to pay $50 a month for my own covered spot. Great! Wonderful! Except when someone parks in your spot, the maintenance line DOESNT ANSWER (what if I was locked out of my apartment?????) and the company they chose to tow for them CLOSES AT 8PM EVERY DAY AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO CALL YOU HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO TOWS THEIR LOT LOL. THANKS! what do you expect from a place that hasn’t had a gym or a pool in over a year but charges the same for rent every month???

I highly recommend this complex! It’s a great place to live, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love the activities they put together for residents. Special shoutout to OSVALDO!!! for always being super friendly and quick to help😊

do not live here, horrible management. took 4 months to fix my dryer that was flooding and then tried to charge me for it when I moved out because they were mad I didn't re sign the lease.
