Moved into this apartment Nov 2025. I absolutely love it! Staff is great, especially Santana. My unit was clean and well maintained. Great location and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend :)

I was lucky to meet Jan Diaz and he was patient and kind to explain everything that I wanted to know. He showed me the apartment I was looking for and a few days later, with his help, I signed it! Jan is the best and I'd like to mention Liza too because she was really helpful too. Gracias, gracias, gracias Jan!

I had such a great experience at this apartment community! From start to finish, everything went smoothly thanks to Sonia. She was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. Her energy is contagious, and she made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I toured the apartment on Monday and had my lease signed and keys in hand by Wednesday — talk about efficiency! I had such an amazing experience here! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. The community feels safe, clean, and welcoming — everything from the landscaping to the amenities is top-notch. The units are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with updated appliances and plenty of storage. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend visiting and asking for Sonia. She truly cares about her residents and makes you feel welcomed from the very first conversation.

Since day one, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Between the Superior Liza, Gabrielle and front office staff, they have always gone above and beyond for the residents. Their very welcoming, friendly, professional, and truly care about the community. The maintenance staff is also outstanding! They are fast, efficient, and always willing to help whenever something comes up. It makes such a difference living somewhere that’s so well managed. Also with the best locations is Orlando. Highly recommend this community!

I’ve been having such wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! From day one, the team here has gone above and beyond. The director, Liza Valerino, and the manager, Gabrielle Soto, are truly exceptional—always kind, understanding, and empathetic. They genuinely care about the residents and are very attentive to keeping the property well-maintained and beautiful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, the maintenance staff has been quick to respond. They’re not only prompt but also highly knowledgeable and efficient, making sure the job is done right the first time. It’s rare to find a community where management and staff are so dedicated, but this complex absolutely delivers. I feel valued as a resident and couldn’t be happier with the service, the upkeep, and the overall atmosphere. I absolutely love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
