Ten60 Halifax Apartments

Don’t get me wrong, the place itself is very nice. Pool is nice, golf simulator however, it has probably the worst management team ever. Every week there’s something wrong/not working. Wifi, entrance gate. In addition there’s only one trash dump for the WHOLE condo, which means some buildings you have to walk all across the condo to dispose trash, which is a joke. Visitor parking is also a joke as they ask you to park outside when there’s only 10-15 available spots for it. For the price you pay, this place is a scam

The breakers are horrible and they pop all the time in almost every unit. Food has gone bad because of this and they just don't care. If an appliance breaks it takes forever to get fixed or replaced and the maintenance people don't know what intermittent means. The couches and chairs look nice but are super uncomfortable and the glass tables are ridiculous for college students. The gates don't stop anyone and are an annoyance. A lot of the buildings smell like pot and they won't do anything about it. Good luck if people are loud in your building because they don't care. Its just super overpriced and you'd be better going elsewhere. They only one trash compactor for the entire complex. It gets full and residents have nowhere to put their trash. If you live in a building that is far away it can be a five minute walk. The Internet has gone out multiple times during the school week. The study rooms are so uncomfortable and are set up for aesthetics, not practicality. The printer is free, but is always out of ink. There are a lot of good reviews because will give out free food if you leave a good review. Edit: The power in my sons building went out and say they can't fix it until over 30 hours later, it probably will take even longer because they said they would fix it day of. They locked the poor kids out of the clubhouse when they have no AC in Florida summer. His food is going bad and they are doing nothing about it.

Ten60 is the best place to live!! The amenities are great and overall the value is incredible! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful!

Beware of move-in specials!!! The place is nice no issues with community but management has been miserable to deal with. We were to get $1000 gift card after 30 days of move in. We were told for 5 months now it will be here next month and still no resolution. I have asked for upper management and Caleb has refused to give the information we just get the run around. Again nice place but so far have not honored the gift card! UPDATE 5/3/26 After review upper management has made good on the gift card.
