Tandem Living Apartments

I’ve been living at Tandem for about two years now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The community is quiet, peaceful, and filled with chill, laid-back neighbors who respect each other’s space, which makes it easy to feel at home. One of the biggest highlights of living here is the maintenance service. Carlos, the on-site mechanic, is incredibly friendly and reliable. He responds quickly to any issue—big or small—and always handles everything with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to find maintenance staff who go above and beyond the way he does. I also have to mention Justin at the front desk. He’s one of the most dedicated and supportive staff members I’ve ever come across. Even when he’s technically off the clock, he still answers calls or texts and does his best to help. He’s understanding, kind, and always willing to listen. Justin plays a huge role in making Tandem feel safe, comfortable, and well-managed. Overall, Tandem has been a great place to live—safe, affordable, and consistently well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and welcoming place to call home.

Lived here for two years, had to move because of my job. Let me just say, when Justin came onboard a year ago, he really took care of every single thing I needed fixed right away without hesitation! Anytime I needed help with anything he was a phone call away! Great management, friendly, & hard working. I loved this place! I would highly recommend it ! thank you for all You do!

I wanted to share my positive experience living here. As a second-year resident, I've consistently been impressed with the maintenance team's promptness. The Property Manager is both professional and approachable. The community is welcoming to families and pets. The renovated units are impressive, and the in-house gym and laundry room are a great convenience. As a U.S. Veteran, I especially appreciate the location, which is conveniently located between both Orlando VA Clinics, making it ideal for transitioning veterans.

I have lived at Tandem for a year now and can definitely say that this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived apartment wise. The property is very clean and well kept, the maintenance staff and office management team are friendly and respond in a timely fashion, and this is just an overall positive and close knit community that I’m happy for be apart of.

I have been here for 6 months. The staff has addressed problems appropriately and professionaly. The staff has also provided barbecue on a couple of holidays, which is well appreciated. I have had a good experience living here and would recommend if you are looking for an apartment this is a very nice place.
