Sunset Square Apartments

Wow! They have false misleading information on the zumper website , i was looking forward to see this place for a one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately I will look somewhere else they are always giving out false information

I am very happy living here in this place!!! The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, clean. Freshly painted, the carpets are new, safe during the hurricane. Pool, parking, laundry, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, four stairs and elevator!!! Compared to the other buildings around, this one is well designed and elegant. I recommend it.

First of all, we want to thank God for having found a very good place to live surrounded by many amenities. I'm talking about Sunset Square Apartments !! Starting with Mrs. Milo, who is a very kind and caring person, along with the other staff of the building. Very friendly. We have recommended this building to three friends, who have loved it. Unfortunately, there have not been vacant apartments for the date they needed. It's a cozy place, very quiet, friendly neighbors. We have a pool, which is cleaned every week, with chairs and barbecue, surrounded by a garden. Spacious parking. Friends can come to visit and there is always a space available. The apartment itself is well distributed, cozy, full of light and the view from the balconies is pleasant. The hallways are always clean. The elevator always works. We have palms and two leafy trees at the entrance. Any problem that arises, like everything in life, is solved at the earliest. The place is very quiet and residential, but one block away, we have supermarkets, restaurants, gym, a mall, the Metrorail, the US1, schools for children, banks, shops, everything on foot!!! Wonderful!!!

We lived here for a year and are going to renew our lease. The location of this building is phenomenal. Walk across the street to the metro rail and great entertainment in walking distance in old town Miami. The apartment is an extremely good value in Miami. The residents are quiet and have had no difficulties the first year. The staff is amicable and there are monthly service for pest control. The one maintenance problem I had the administration had someone to the apartment in hours and was fixed by the morning. This is a mature building that's recently been renovated. There no place else in Miami that can give you this type of value.

I love this apartment because it so convenient for me to move around from my work and school for my kids. Especially, Miss Milo, the manager of this apartment, is very good. She helps me a lot. Whenever I need help in my apartment, she will be there or she will sent her coworker to help me. The most thing love building is always clean.
