Great place, some of the best rates in walking distance to USF. Big rooms and kitchen/living room. Maintenance does a good job too and the leasing office staff are always friendly. No hidden fees unlike a lot of places around USF. Recommend

Iβve had a great experience living at The Henry student housing. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities make it a really comfortable place for students. The staff is always helpful and responsive, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. I especially want to recognize Zach Kirshner for his outstanding work. Zach consistently goes above and beyond to help residents and make sure everything runs smoothly. He is professional, friendly, and always willing to take the time to address any questions or concerns. His positive attitude and strong work ethic truly make a difference in the community. Overall, The Henry is an excellent place to live, and employees like Zach are a big reason why. I would highly recommend it to any student looking for quality housing and great service.

While everyone may hype this place up, it is to note that compared to many of the other places around here, it is not the best. The staff is very nice and helpful with answering my questions, thank you Brandon and Callie. But their execution on completing tasks is slightly lacking. Nothing too major to complain about but when I had my mattress replaced because it was very hard to sleep on, it took 2 weeks to get it out of my apartment. It was sitting there and after calling and asking for it to be removed, an individual said they would come and get it but never did. Thankfully it did get taken out when maintenance took it out. Speaking of maintenance, those guys are amazing. They are the nicest people and truly get down to the root of your problems. Other than those issues, Station 42 is an amazing place to live, just donβt expect it to be that luxurious because it definitely is not. You get what you pay for here and that is something we can be grateful for!

Overall my experience has been good so far the apartment is very spacious and has lots of storage space. However, our dryer hasnβt been working properly and we put in a request over 3 weeks ago and nothing has been resolved. Hopefully this changesβ¦ but otherwise definitely better than my old apartment

I have lived here for 4 years now (it was Monticello back then) and I just renewed for another year. That shows how much I love this place! Although I really never had problems with the old management, the new management is more organized and professional as to the way they handle things. Among all student housing within walking distance from campus, it has the cheapest rent while having the largest bedrooms. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Same with the maintenance staff, I've never had any problems with maintenance work, they were always attended to within 24 hours of the request.
