StateHouse Woodward

I’ve lived at statehouse Woodward for the past 3 years and it’s so amazing. I love everything about it! The views of the doak from my balcony is incredible and the staff of always so nice and are so helpful in anything you need. It’s hands down the best building to live at!

I want to give kudos to Alexis in the leasing office. She’s very kind, professional, and helpful with anything needed. She ensures that everything goes smooth and is stress-free. You can really tell that she cares about the residents. I highly recommend that you take a moment to tour this apartment complex and ask for Alexis when you visit!

StateHouse Woodward truly is the best apartment I have both lived in and visited. From its spacious floorplans to the incredible amounts of natural light, I would recommend this place to everyone. After living here for 3 years I have had next to no problems, with any issues being resolved quickly. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful, also trying their hardest to figure out your problems, whether it be a sublease or a missing package. Especially a shoutout to Tommy and Matthew, you guys are the best!

I have lived at StateHouse Woodward for 3 years now. And I can truly say this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. From the breathtaking sunset's over the Pensacola Fields and Doak Campbell Stadium, to the refreshing pool on a summer day, this apartment checks all the boxes. The staff is also wonderful. I always take a peek inside the leasing office just to say hello to the wonderful staff! Especially my main man Tommy, who does a wonderful job retrieving my packages. Shoutout StateHouse, you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Statehouse Woodward. The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help my daughter with a situation she was experiencing. He not only followed through but truly stood behind his word, which means so much and is rare these days. Ayala also went out of her way to make sure my daughter felt supported. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help make all the difference. We are very grateful!
