Angie was incredibly helpful and welcomed me the moment I walked in. The entire staff is super friendly and always willing to help. If you ever have a problem, don’t hesitate to walk into the office—they truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE I’ve lived at Stadium Centre Deck for two years, & the only reason I chose to renew my lease is because this is my final year. The location is the only truly good thing about this complex, being in Collegetown and having a balcony. But everything beyond the four walls of my own unit quickly reminds me how overpriced and poorly managed this place is. For how much rent is here, the quality is absolutely NOT there: • Hallways and stairwells are constantly filthy — especially in the back building. Dog urine and feces are a nonstop issue. No accountability for pet owners and little urgency to clean. • Trash rooms are disgusting and attract bugs — roaches in the hallways are very normal to see. • Elevators break constantly and stay broken for weeks. Sometimes they suddenly work again but clearly haven’t been fixed properly. • Parking gates are unreliable — one has been broken for over a month with zero communication from management. For something residents pay extra for (parking spot fees + COVERED parking is extra), it’s ridiculous. • Maintenance and management take forever to resolve issues • The only time the complex looks decent is when new residents are touring or moving in. After that, it goes right back to being neglected. I want to clarify: the front desk workers are great — they do what they can and are kind. But the management clearly does not care about residents or maintaining the property to the standard they advertise. If you’re considering living here, the location may convince you, but everything else WILL disappoint you. For the same price range in Collegetown, all of my friends’ places have been significantly better in quality, cleanliness, and basic functionality.

If could encapsulate my feelings towards stadium centre in one review it would be as long as the entire length of every printed book since the birth of the universe. With terrible untrained staff with the exception of one competent girl who’s short with brown hair (sorrry I forgot your name). The apartment while I lived there was infested with rats, bats, flooded, cockroaches just to say the least. They run an unfair leasing process pressuring decision to be made in split seconds over hundreds of dollars. Their maintenance is dreadful and never present, they do not answer there phone or have any sort of empathy relating to the health and happiness of their clients. They have amenities that are never open. Their green spaces are covered in dog feces and I’ve even found some in the hallways. All their appliances are outdated and dented. They have overflowing trash rooms with disgusting odor flying through the hall and they also treat their employees terribly. It is truly impressive how terrible a leasing company can be as well as being impossible to reach and negatively hospitable. If you are a parent wishing for non stop issues and headaches house your child in stadium. If you do not want your child to be miserable move them anywhere else. This complaint is completely objective as every opinion stated has had a previous real life experience attached. Thank you for nothing Stadium centre.

Update 9/2025: kudos to the college kids doing sales & tours! They’re doing their job well! As per my original review, we had a great experience back then. Post-lease signing 2 of our college age kids living at SC…we cannot get SC to answer the phones, emails or maintenance to follow through & packages are often missing from the package room with no answer/solution. We have a washer/dryer that was supposed to be replaced during early move-in. That never happened & the dryer still needs to be run several times in order to dry items even if you do a light load; the washer releases white rusted metal fragments onto items being washed during each cycle, requiring extra rinse cycles. Both of these issues cost us $ on electricity & water. This should not be. The refrigerator & freezer doors do not close properly and have not been fixed/replaced so we’ve had to attach latches to it that you have to unlock every time you want to use either door. Even so are expiring before expiration date because the refrigerator does not cool properly & the freezer does not completely freeze. This happens when it’s almost empty as well as when it is full—again costing us extra money having to throw away food that shouldn’t be expired & costing us time having to throw away prepared meals that go bad before they should because of the lack of cold temperature in both areas. From early move-in, we showed videos/pictures addressing the extremely filthy hallways like if you were walking through a back alley of an abandoned building… Something they don’t show you during the tours when they are trying to get you to sign a lease with them. They take you through the clean interior hallways with fresh paint. These walls on the exterior hallways that they don’t show you until you move in… {we did ask to see them}…are so grimy that you cannot keep your apartment clean despite putting welcome rugs on the outside & inside of the door. They have come & mopped halls with very soapy/large amount of water & a dirty mop, all it does is leave streaks & residue that makes it slippery at first & then sticky once dry only adding to the problem because now the black muck from the hallways is being tracked in & harder to clean because it’s sticky to boot. This mess requires us to clean more often using more cleaning products/costing us more time & money. We tried so hard not to be difficult not to add to maintenance’s workload during move-in & fixed many items ourselves: loose faucets/ moldy showerheads that come out of the shower walls when you use the knobs; moldy caulking & cabinets/drawers; a broken garbage disposal, moldy spray hose & broken faucet in the kitchen sink area; added the latches to freezer & refrigerator only to note that it doesn’t cool anyway & even cleaning the hallways ourselves…. Additionally, I had to spray & & clean the door frame at the entrance on the inside & outside for thick layers of mold, the fire extinguisher case just outside our door. Our neighbors were moved out because parents noted mold & mildew issue in apt which now I’m worried is in our apartment as well. The kids are constantly coughing & when we have stayed there we leave with the same coughing. From my understanding & research this is a problem in all of these college town buildings except the newer ones until time passes. I am disappointed that these companies do not take pride & do not have integrity in what they offer beyond presenting a wonderful façade at touring time. we invest almost $3000 monthly between both kids’ leases & parking. I will gladly update my review once more if/when these issues are addressed. June 2025: Keylan did such an amazing job during our tour. She was so kind/helpful. Every question or concern we had was addressed with thorough explanations. She was engaging/fun. We were so thankful for her attentiveness/patience. We were so impressed with stadium center properties & amenities. She was so kind to allow us extra time to view the model. It was nice to see the work being done to maintain a clean & modern, properly functioning/safe building.

We had some difficulty at move in, and the team took immediate action. Nathan, the property manager personally insured excellent service. My son's apartmrment was completely repainted and cleaned and even though it was unbelievably busy, he would often check on the status and ensure we were happy. The apartment looks great. High impressed
