Do not rent here. Save yourself the stress and frustration. This apartment complex has serious ongoing issues that management fails to address. Money orders have reportedly gone missing, sewage has backed up into bathtubs, and wastewater has even been seen running outside the building into common areas, including the picnic area.
Management is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive when it comes to maintenance and resident concerns. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct these problems, but little to nothing was done. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

The place looks alright at first glance but when you move in you realize why no one wants to live here. When you flush the toilet it smells like sewage. There is a family with a bunch of kids that run wild yelling in the street with no care that anyone else might want peace in quiet inside their own home. They advertise a pool but it has been closed down for years. Shay that works in the office is beyond rude. I know Shay from her working at another apt complex that was recently shut down with everyone permanently evacuated with only 10 day notice to move out because of severe safety hazards and major code violations. She would threaten tenants with a gun and should not be the person that any tenant has to deal with at all. She really brings the place down even further than it is but at least Valerie and Ronnie in the office are nice. If you move in here just be aware that things only get worse as soon as you sign the lease and pay the deposit.

This is the worst place in Tallahassee - do Not move here. I had a tour of the property two weeks ago and Shay was downright nasty the entire time. How do they expect to rent out units when management is so rude to potential renters. Kids run wild in the street unsupervised and screaming and pile mud on the sidewalks. Their parents literally put up orange cones in the street so that young kids could play in the street unsupervised and cars could not drive through or park in the spaces designated for parking. There is dog poop everywhere because no one cleans it up. And the apartments themselves are disgusting. I saw mold and dead cockroaches in the kitchen. And the walls are so paper thin that I could hear everything the neighbor was saying. Like word for word through the walls of the next apartment. Stay away from here and rent anywhere else unless you want a daily nightmare where you live.

Everything was great and the process was easy. I can’t wait to move-in. The maintenance team has been great.
After I moved out a year ago I still haven’t received my deposit. No one responded to my emails and they stay going through different managers. The company that own it is bad as well because I reached out to them with no response.
