Spring Garden Apartments

Just moved in and I could not be happier. I spent the last year looking at apartment complexes in DeLand, Daytona and Port Orange and Spring Garden Apartments impressed me the most. The apartments are large and the complex is clean and well maintained. Best of all they are reasonably priced. The staff is also friendly and helpful. In addition, there are no hidden fees!

I went to this apartment community last week. It was really nice. The lady in the office was nice and the guy on the cart waved so he was nice. Apartments were clean. Property was clean. I couldn’t ask for much more. I would have to say if anyone put a bad review on here they must have been evicted or asked to leave or something. This place is nice.

Hi everyone, I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but my experience at Spring Garden Apartments was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. The apartments are impressively spacious and comfortable, with a thoughtful layout that gives you a welcoming living room, a proper dining area, and a large master bedroom complete with its own bathroom and a generously sized shower. Throughout the year, I only had a couple of maintenance requests, and each one was handled immediately and with care. Ashley, the property manager, is truly outstanding. She’s knowledgeable, confident in what she does, and always had the right answer for any question I brought her way. Her professionalism made living here feel effortless. The community itself is peaceful—no bugs, no issues with neighbors, and absolutely no concerns about safety. The pool is consistently well maintained, and Russell, the property technician, deserves special recognition. He’s respectful, kind, and memorable in the best way. Every time he helped with something, he did it with genuine care and skill. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Spring Garden Apartments gets a full 5 stars from me.
