Walls and floors are paper thin. Very easy for neighbors to annoy each other. You drop anything. Move anything it makes an earthquake or bomb drop. Can hear conversations clearly sometimes through walls at low volume. Buildings need serious reno. Practice tip toeing if you live on the second floor. Other than that inside looks nice

This morning my door felt weird when I locked it. When I came home from work saw Maintenance technician Melvin and expressed my concern, he responded immediately, took the initiative, and fixed the problem right away. His attention to detail, sense of urgency, and professionalism truly stood out. I just wanted to thank him for his immediate response.

I had a great experience touring this apartment building. Damaris was extremely helpful and took her time showing me everything. She had such a positive, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better. The property itself was very nice, clean, and spacious, and you can tell it’s well taken care of. One of my best experiences so far. I worked with Damaris who was super pleasant and very helpful. She gave me the best tour. The manager Jenn was also super nice and helped me thru every step. And Gilka was also great and helped me finish up the application process. The entire staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I’m excited about my move!
