Walls and floors are paper thin. Very easy for neighbors to annoy each other. You drop anything. Move anything it makes an earthquake or bomb drop. Can hear conversations clearly sometimes through walls at low volume. Buildings need serious reno. Practice tip toeing if you live on the second floor. Other than that inside looks nice

This morning my door felt weird when I locked it. When I came home from work saw Maintenance technician Melvin and expressed my concern, he responded immediately, took the initiative, and fixed the problem right away. His attention to detail, sense of urgency, and professionalism truly stood out. I just wanted to thank him for his immediate response.
