I had so many questions about parking and all of the fees. Ava was so great she greeted me with such a welcoming attitude and made sure I was really comfortable and I got all my questions answered.

This is my first time living on my own ever and this was THE ABOSLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I’ve had nothing but issues with this place! To them not charging me for 3-4 months of utilities and then charging me all in one month on top of that months rent! I’ve had issues with neighbors being loud and sending video evidence of said noise and being told “Oh that unit is empty” AS THEY BANG SO LOUD MY CLOSET DOOR SHAKES IN THE VIDEO EVIDENCE! They will charge you for other people’s wrong doing! The walls are absolutely paper thin! There is absolute no respect from neighbors and absolutely no resolution from the office and if you try to handle it your self you get called aggressive and in violation of your lease. WORST APARTMENTS IN GAINESVILLE!

My son had a few issues in his apartment, and Jackson was able to resolve these issues promptly.
