Documentation of living conditions during my tenancy here. It took multiple weeks of living with a roach infestation inside the freezer unit before management swapped the appliance out. Photos also show unresolved structural leaks and heavy tobacco residue buildup inside the HVAC system. Heavy termite presence as well. Prospective tenants should be aware of these maintenance and sanitation standards.

I’ve been living in this complex for the past 8 month and renewed for the next year, recommend, no issues at all, maintenance is quick and reliable, the only thing I don’t like is no in-unit laundry everything else is good.
