I love the events they do! It’s so nice to connect with those around, the vibes are always amazing and the hosts are spectacular. Jazzlyn and Janae are super sweet and I love to always come by. ☺️☺️ I just moved here so it’s hard to get out and meet others but these events help

I’ve lived at Portofino for 4 months now and have had a wonderful experience. The management team is incredibly responsive, and the grounds are always kept immaculate. My apartment has a great layout with plenty of natural light. It truly feels like a quiet oasis while still being close to everything I need. Highly recommend!"

Since the moment I moved in Naomi and Marcus have helped me very much and I appreciate everything they have done to make my move-in transition as smooth as possible. I have spoken to Marcus several times regarding concerns that I had whether it was maintenance or my lease renewal and he has been spot on with being helpful and amazing customer service. He is one of the best Apartment managers I have dealt with definitely recommend moving here if you wanna live in peace and quiet, they are very reliable.

Just uploading this videos for next resident on this apartment, if someone would do what i’m doing right now I wouldn’t be living this nightmare, if you are sensitive to noises you can’t live here, im sleeping right now with earplugs and is so uncomfortable, but i have no choice because when i went to managment they told me they can’t do anything because building is old, its ok, i was not asking them to rebuild it for me i just wanna move to another apartment on second floor, because im not taking rest well, now i have to wait until my leasing ends to request for a change or move out. I would like to say the location is good, maintenance is good, staff most of them are nice people but like i said if someone would show me this i would save 12 months of nightmare by the time to sleep. I think with the hardwork you use to do here, the most you deserve for yourself is a nice place to eat, shower, rest and sleep. You deserve it.
