I have lived at Perla Gem Lake for over three years , spectacular place to live ! I could not recommend it more highly! Property Maneger ( Kassie ) is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Kassie is friendly, attentive and very respectful. The office staffs TJ and Veliska are amazing. What really sets this place apart is Maintenance team. Any time I’ve submitted a request ( Kimroy and his team ) they’ve handled it within 24 hours ,the technician are always friendly and professional. Anyone looking for a comfortable hassle- free place to live! Perla Gem Lake is that place . Razna ❤️ .

This place really is a hidden gem. The leasing agents and management were so helpful. I walked in last minute and they still toured me and showed me why this place is WAY superior than other apartments. Soo excited to be moving here this summer.

I was interested in renting here but chose another complex instead. One of the main reasons was the trash that was everywhere along the bank of the lake leading up to the property. A nice walkway and what could be a really nice experience was made very disappointing looking at trash instead. For a place that advertises itself as high end/ luxury they are not putting in the effort to maintain the property
