If it was possible to leave no stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Especially young woman living alone. It is not a safe neighborhood. There is a homeless community in the woods next to the apartment complex, they rummage through the dumpsters daily, they use the outlets near the mailboxes and sit right outside the main office and camp when it is cold. There are drug deals daily in the parking lot. My first floor apartment had a sliding door with only one lock as a safety measure. The door was not properly sealed and bugs and debris from the yard guys are constantly coming in from the cracks underneath the sliding doors. The window in the bedroom did not have any locks and was probably older than me. (Keep in mind first floor apartment with homeless people that sleep outside my doors and windows at night, yes cops were called) the walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing at all times. On multiple occasions the ac vents and pipes would leak and they patched up the problem but left the water damaged drywall, floors and doors which never properly dried so they are just mushy and moldy. They replaced the fridge in my apartment after it broke with a fridge that was full of black mold, (they even put my groceries into a fridge full of black mold.) I could go on, overall, unsafe neighborhood, overpriced for the area and the quality of the building.

Terrible management and service overall I would rate in the negatives if possible. I put in for maintenance request they put that they fixed it in the request never gets done you have to hound them. Laundry room was down for several months. Hurricanes flood the parking lot and when you call they don’t answer terrible communication during hazard weather I’ll rather be homeless living under a bridge than live here they only care about you paying rent. Tru slum lords avoid this complex by any means god bless

BEWARE!! Don’t get roped in by the “nice, newly renovated” apartments. YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING if a hurricane comes through. No matter how many sandbags you put in front of your doors, it doesn’t matter. The water and sewage will leak up from beneath your floors and out of your drains. It was horrible!! The entire first floor was wiped out after Milton, then we got an eviction notice, telling us we had 7 days to try and find another place to live. Spare yourself the heartache.

Janna is a great Leasing Agent! She was available to help us from day one. We moved in recently and are very happy with our unit. Cozy place, with a pretty court yard. And its in a Super convenient location. We even had a couple issues upon move in, maintenance came out first thing the next morning to fox it both times. 10/10

Seems like once a week theres something going on. I can hear every single step the upstairs neighbors make. Getting charged for pest control and a/c filters but have yet to receive any. Very very hard to contact the property manager, and the walls are very thin. Loud noise from upstairs neighbors at all times of the day and night. Make sure to read your lease, lots of hidden charges. WARNING FLOOD ZONE GETTING EVICTED AFTER LOSING EVERYTHING
