Good location! The pool is nice and the study rooms are great to have. They include white boards and markers. The fireplace outside is a nice touch and is easy to work

Onshore Apartments by far has been the most luxurious apartments that I have lived in! It’s close to school, has various amenities, and even has a shuttle service to Embry-Riddle. Definitely recommend to Embry-Riddle students who do not want to struggle finding parking during the day. Also the managers, Arianna and Brianna, have been wonderful in caring for their residents. They take the time to learn more about them and help them whenever and however they can!

The leasing manager Arianna has been so great and helpful ever since I moved in. She is super sweet, kind and easy to talk to. Any issues or concerns I had I go straight to her and she handles it with ease and care. Super helpful and caring and always on top of her things.

I have been living in Onshore Apartments for 1 year. I am really happy with all during this time. The location is highly convenient as a student. The apartments are mostly new and everything is clean and well maintained. We always have the leasing team support ( my special thanks to Jorge who always is supporting me and guiding me if I have any concerns). I totally suggest you to consider onshore as off campus housing

Today my family and I went for a showing at On Shore. I also signed my first lease today thanks to Yvonne! On Shore is better than what I anticipated, not only was the area beautiful and the price affordable the residents and staff were amazing. Yvonne helped us every step of the way with an amazing tour, tips and advice. Thank you On Shore for being my first choice for student housing!
