Good enough college dorm, gets the job done

Not a bad place to live but its super expensive for an 8 person dorm with only 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Doesn't help that the Riddle solution to everything is to jack up tuition and stuff more people into the dorms.

Much greater than I expected. This place is pretty chill and worth living.

It is a nice dormitory for students, but 6 students in a suite is a bit much. Especially if some of the students do not know how to clean and wash their dishes.

ANTS EVERYWHERE. This dorm is infested with sugar ants. They were on my walls, on my desk, and in my bed. It affected my studies and health. I worked very hard to have this addressed with the administration with disappointing results. Long story short, this building needs a large scale insect remediation, and that won't be happening anytime soon. I STRONGLY advise against applying for housing in O'Connor hall. Very disappointed.
