Good place to live. The management is fair and the neighbors are nice. This is in the most downtown part of Lakeland so it's walking distance to Munn Park, multiple lakes, and many restaurants/bars. Shoutout to the handyman, Hugo -- he's great!

Amanda is AMAZING!! Answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed before I even moved in. Very responsive and caring, and the apartment is lovely I’m looking forward to living here!

Just want to add to the comment the property manager added: I submitted a maintenance request 11 days after I moved in because I noticed the exhaust fan in the bathroom was leaking brown liquid on to the toilet seat. They also told me that cleaning that is my responsibility. Moved into a unit that clearly hadn’t been cleaned — I had to do it myself. Bathroom exhaust fan was caked in dust, mold was hidden under the vent register (which I discovered when I finally decided to replace the rusty register that was in there), and no “Inventory and Condition Form” was provided at move-in, despite it being required by the lease. I was told that since I didn't report these issues at move-in that's it is not their problem. A little difficult to report issues on a form I never received. Shows a complete lack of accountability, poor maintenance standards, and no respect for tenants.

Our refrigerator went out over the weekend, they are telling us it will be at least 3 days. Told us to get ice and keep the food cold. Great answer!! We have had pest in the apartment and they have sprayed twice. Still have pest. They can't seem to get it right! Just excuses. I am on the lease with my son and they won't take my call. I called 3 times this morning and they won't pick up. He calls and they answer right away. No sense of urgency for tenants. In your response to mine. You are right your not obligated to discuss issues with the guarantor. But, if you provided good customer service, you would. You still have not solved the problem with your generic response. I also don't believe this is a miscommunication issue.

Great place in regards to location, apartments are nice. There is usually parking and so much to do since your literally in downtown. You also get everything that comes with living in the city. The restaurant's, events, and occasional loud nights with restless passersby's. I love it there, and for the price, you really get your money's worth.
