Zero parking spots for residents on a weekday night, forced to fight for compact parking or park in the next lot. Package delivery drivers dont know how the gate codes or parcel lockers work so they will set it on the floor and packages will be stolen. The cameras dont work in the parcel locker room, or they stall so long that the footage gets wiped. Maintenance workers will barge in with the master key when u are showering. Rent prices also going up.

New 03-06-26 Well before we begin, I looked and we will have been enjoying 912 Gateway since July 2017... so almost 9 years, not 7...which is not hard to believe at all. And what a joy it has been thanks to an excellent management team led by Henry, Allison and Chanell, the longest serving of the team. Ok, on with the review: Finding a place that truly feels like home is rare, but after entering our eighth lease renewal at 912 Gateway Apartments in Altamonte Springs, Florida, we can say with absolute certainty that this is the best-managed and best-maintained community we have ever lived in. We have decades of apartment experience to draw from, and 912 Gateway stands in a league of its own. This most recent renewal process was our eighth, and it was quite literally the easiest one yet, a testament to the streamlined, resident-first approach that defines this complex. We have loved every single minute of our eight years here, and the primary reason for our continued satisfaction is the exceptional team that runs the property. A community is only as good as the people who maintain it, and the maintenance "Dream Team" I have mentioned previously, David and Gilberto, are just wonderful to work with. They don't just respond to service requests; they go out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our living environment is running perfectly. They are highly skilled, professional, and incredibly quick. However, what truly sets 912 Gateway apart is the seamless working relationship between the maintenance crew and the office management—Chanell, Allison, and Henry. It is one thing for a technician to diagnose a repair, but it is another thing entirely for the office management to fully support them with the resources to fix it correctly. The office staff empowers the maintenance team to take care of business every single day. If David and Gilberto determine an appliance needs replacing, they simply do it—right away—with no nagging or corporate red tape. The difference is palpable. 912 Gateway isn't just an apartment complex; it is a community where the staff works harmoniously to ensure residents enjoy prompt, high-quality service without the typical "hassle" of apartment living.

Henry was sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out is how much he genuinely cares about the residents; he asks thoughtful questions and makes sure all your needs are met. It’s clear he works incredibly hard to keep the property clean and well-maintained. I’ve watched him go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, and I truly appreciate his dedication and effort. Henry makes the whole experience feel personal and welcoming, and I can’t recommend this complex enough because of him!

From the moment I applied to the moment I moved in—literally within 24 hours—Allison was so kind, super responsive, and made the whole process a breeze. The property itself is also really well-maintained, and any fixes or requests are handled promptly and professionally. I’m genuinely so happy I chose this place!
