Mizell at Winter Park

If you or someone you love who is neurodivergent is thinking about moving here, just don't. Save yourself the trouble. If you have any concerns about your safety, possible damage to the apartment occuring due to other residents or simply protecting your peace in a place you pay way too much money for they will be ignored or minimized by management completely. You will also likely be belittled by the absolutely unprofessional office manager. Meanwhile other residents are allowed to run amuck with no repercussions. Save your money and your sanity.

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. Originally moved in when Giselle and Anthony were the Property and Assistant Property Managers, now there is Ghislaine and Issa in the office. The area is nice and the apartment layouts are very spacious! There is a pool with a BBQ Picnic area, gated tennis court, dog park, playground, and the gym in the clubhouse is absolutely beautiful!! There is one dumpster on the property, but they have valet trash, pest control, and security is on premises after hours in the evenings. Office staff are friendly and maintenance handles all service requests within a reasonable timeframe. Paying for rent is hassle free with the app which is great when you can leave it on autopay! You can also use the app for maintenance service requests. Don’t have anything negative to say other than I wished the gate would be fixed by now but it’s a nice community to live in and it is definitely one of the most affordable and cleanest communities I’ve seen for Winter Park area!

I highly recommend living here, it's super peaceful and family-friendly.
