Jeanette has been fantastic to work with and I am so grateful we had her assistance as we searched for an apartment. She was patient, kind and a good listener. Also efficient with the paperwork and the entire process in general with great communication and follow up!

My girl Jeanette always does her thing. I absolutely love her. She made the move and process super easy for my family and I and we were coming from another state. Anything I need she always has our back by the way I love Sammy as well. He’s quick and prompt to fix anything you need.

If you are looking for a place to rent that provides a pool or play area for your kids this is not it. Moved in March of 2021 and the pool has been closed since Aug. The playground has never been in the best condition. It is falling apart and instead of fixing it they decide to close it down again.

My apartment was broken into on the 24th of May. Today is June 3 and there is a piece of pile wood for the 24th of May still propped up that anyone can just pull off and enter the apartment again. The property manager is a an employee of BlackHawk Realty Management, LLC and he is a true testimony of how a lack of management skills and a complete disregard for safety of the tenant of this subdivision is not being meet. He was informed of the break in just minutes after leaving but he did not turn around to meet the police so they could review the tapes. After many attempts to reach him and review the videos tapes. He was not available until the 31 of May for us to review after I showed up to office unannounced. While reviewing the tape I understand why. The enter camera to the subdivision had been adjusted to point to the parking space that his car is parked in. Therefore cars entering and exiting the subdivision is barely noticeable. Also the walk in gate to enter and exit is not visible. There has been several other break in and nothing has been done to make this place a little more secure. We had to install our on security system because we had yet to be informed on when the patio door will be replaced.
