Meri Palm Bay

I lived here for over a year now my washer machine been broken over a month still didn’t get a new one yet after going to the leasing office over 4 times and letting them know and maintenance telling me it’s broken. I asked for a new washer machine I was told “I have to check with my managers” still didn’t get nothing back I asked personal at the leasing office since my lease is almost up can I upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment and its like they never know what’s going on. I was told “I have check with my manager”. The valet trash I pay for monthly picks up the trash when they feel like it and raccoons get into it leaves a mess that I have to clean up. Only pro I can say is that it is very affordable. But I guess u get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends though.

They fixed it but it went back to not working

Applied for an apartment on Sunday and paid the required deposit. We were told we would receive a decision within 3 days, but it’s now Friday and we still haven’t received an update. We’ve attempted to contact the leasing office multiple times and have found the office closed when trying to follow up in person. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, especially given our urgent housing situation. We would have appreciated timely updates, even if the application was still being processed

I had a great walk though of the Meri. It was very nice and the woman who did our tour was great and personable!

Was given a dirty unit with roaches. Had to break lease to move out of state and the office refuses to send me a disposition of charges to explain the ridiculously high amount they are charging. Would not recommend. Update: I was able to obtain my disposition and as i assumed i was extremely overcharged. Ive called several times and no answer. I emailed a week ago and no response. Please fix this!
