I've been here for 5 years, and I love it. The community is beautiful, and it motivates you to live here. The complex takes care of everything! From issues to the grounds, it all gets handled, which I really appreciate. You have great options here, from single living to building a family. So far I've had a great experience with MAA Baldwin Park, and I especially want to thank Yen for making the leasing process so smooth.
Apartment shopping can easily turn into a headache if it’s not handled properly, but Yen made this the most comfortable experience I've had. From the start, she was attentive and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for our situation.
She was never pushy like I've experienced at other places, and she took the time to clearly walk us through the units and timeline that would best fit our needs. She was always responsive and easy to reach, which made the whole process even better.
Even though we just moved and are getting settled in, I already feel great about our decision and excited to be here!

Richard from the maintenance crew came over this morning to assist with a list of items to be fixed in my unit. He arrived with all the tools and parts needed to complete all tasks. He was very efficient and friendly. I work from home and everything was so smooth and did not disrupt my day.

We had a dishwasher issue come up, and Wendy from the maintenance team was absolutely fantastic. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. While fixing the dishwasher, Wendy also noticed a separate issue that we hadn’t even flagged yet and proactively pointed it out. He asked me to submit an additional service ticket so he could take care of that as well, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to see that level of attention to detail and care — Wendy truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating situation such a smooth experience!
