I HIGHLY do not recommend anyone moving into this place. Management is POOR, actual property owner also POOR. This is the worse rental experience I ever had to face. The property manager and the maintenance team duo are TERRIBLE, they have no respect for people although they will pretend in the beginning. If you are a scary person and live in fear and choose to bite your tongue from unfair treatment then this place would work for you it’s like living in a dormitory that grows expensive and you won’t know about it until it’s too late. Nearly ruined my FL experience but luckily I had faith there were better people out there. For the increased price point it’s not worth the hassle and headaches and please if you have loved ones you care for don’t be fooled by the scenery

I moved into my apartment and there was a human sized family of turtles living there, as well as one rat that they all referred to as their father. The place was destroyed, empty pizza boxes everywhere and there even was what looked to be a makeshift half pipe for skateboarding. The turtles themselves were cool guys however. Apparently they fight crime or something. Overall 2/10. New Friends. TERRIBLE COMPLEX.

I have to say, Lyn Village is ideal. Things have gotten very expensive and Lyn Village can be quite affordable. The company that owns the place is well managed and manages the property well. If you are in Deland Florida, look them up. and give them a try. Ask for Kim especially, she will not let you down, she is a great person.

Great place to live, been here for almost 3 years. If anything in your apartment isn't working right, it gets fixed right away. The manager and the maintenance team are super kind and super professional. They are big on aesthetics too! The grounds are kept very clean, sparkling pool, and the plant life and floral beds are just beautiful! They have cameras set up everywhere, and are always looking out for their residents. For how well this place is ran, you CANNOT get this quaint a home and such great care of your home at such an AMAZING price!

I have very much enjoyed living at Lyn Village and have found it safe, clean, bug free, and a friendly place to call home. The managers Deb and Bruce are awesome and run the property well, and are very attentive. I would highly recommend living there.
