Mylik was very thorough explaining the different apartments availability and locations as well!! Very friendly and personable. 10/10 would definitely recommend anyone that's interested in leasing here to personally speak to him. :)

I had problems with my stove, specifically the burners’s size was too big. Yoan change all of them. I was having a bad time while cooking. Now everything is fixed! I’m so happy! Thank you Yoan for your good customer service! Appreciate you !

Edit*** BY THE WAY, if the apartment complex does not fix a work order within two weeks, you can start taking legal action. Read up on your rights. Just make sure you keep paying your rent. These are not luxury apartments. I’m not a resident but I came to visit a friend and I’m appalled on these conditions. Let’s talk about the major health issue is the pool that became a duck pond. No working filtration system, bacterial filled green water with poop in it and around it. This is a health code violation AND if FWC or USDA saw this.. they would be in trouble. No heat in the apartment and I can see the outside light from the front door that isn’t hung properly, allowing bugs( roaches mostly), whoever wants to get High 24/7. There is trash and glass everywhere so If you have a dog that needs walked, be careful. Food garbage that is rotting in the walkways of apartments. The buildings are literally falling apart and IDK how they pass building inspections, I’ve seen buildings with less issues shut down. And the last thing that really really made me mad, is that the landscape workers took a leaf blower and blew leaves, dirt and sticks into my car and put some scratches in the paint. So my question to the property manager(I heard she doesn’t even like to deal with resident issues and like to ignore them ) district manager, COO or even the CEO, where should I send the bill after I get my cars paint job repaired?

I moved in in March 25th 2025. When I moved in I filled out the paperwork for things wrong with my apartment. It was dust everywhere like they just painted and kept it pushing. My kitchen floor was peeling up. It was roach traps in the kitchen and one had a dead roach. I had a hornets nest on my balcony and spider webs that was never cleaned before moving in. My shower head didn’t work and was spraying everywhere. I had rusty bathroom light fixture. My garbage disposal also sounds like something is stuck in it. With all of that only two things got taken care of and I constantly had to go to the office to make them come for my shower head and the wasp nest on the balcony ( which the spider web was still left up). I also found things after like one window screen having a whole in it and the other window not having a screen at all. Also had peeling next to my ceiling looking like water damage. This apartment complex moves very slow I can see with fixing stuff. I’m highly disappointed with my choice.

Despite what their website says about the best Orlando has to offer, it is definitely not. We regretted moving into this apartment complex within a few months. It’s outdated, dingy and in disrepair. The pool and fitness center have very limited hours. The pond always has trash in it and the fountain doesn't work. The playground is right next to the trash area which I consider a danger for children. I find myself constantly picking up trash in the stairwells and areas around our apartment, this includes the pond near our apartment. Maintenance requests are slow to respond. Took 3 weeks to fix our lock and haven’t had our air conditioning working for 5 days. We still have issues dating back to when we moved in such as outlets not working, torn and loose window screens and a toilet that doesn't flush properly. I would advise anyone looking to move to this area, find somewhere else to live as there are many more apartment complexes in the area with better reviews.
