Great place to live, spacious, affordable, The front office is extremely kind, and extremely helpful in my time being here, very family oriented how they are upfront. Bin a blessing ππΎ.

Karen, extremely rude and seems to always say βI canβt understand youβ due to her not liking me from only encountering me call about things that are broken (not by me). Sadly, I donβt even want to walk in the office or use the fitness center due to the person you first see being very rude or looking at me rudely. Also transfers my calls anytime I call or hangs up in my face without me even being rude for her to hang up in a residents face. Ps. Things are never fixed, but Monica the maintenance lady is literally the best and goes out her way.

I would advise against moving here. This place has no problem exposing their residents to black mold, roaches, ants, excessive water leaks *see pictures* leading to black mold and doing nothing to fix it. I am a very very clean person and as soon as I moved itβs like the unit came with roaches. I had to get a lawyer involved multiple times. Black mold was the last straw. The leasing office and Managers are literally miserable and look like they hate their life everyday. Trash is always piled up outside the trash dumpster. The management lies and say they have no maintenance to fix their residents issues when there is people riding around golf carts all day doing nothing. If you want to move here be very careful. Iβm so glad I ended my lease with this apartment. I will never suggest Landon Pointe to anyone. If you like living with roaches, having your health compromised, looking at trash every time you leave your complex this is the place for you. Theyβll be hearing from my legal again. Save yourself.

I had such a great experience working with Karen throughout the apartment application process. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Karen made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her patience and clear communication. She answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had everything I needed to get approved. Iβm excited to move in and grateful to have had Karen as my leasing consultantβthank you for everything

The Apts are a decent size. The people that live there are working class. The property is small and quaint. Love that it has a lake in the middle and lots of sweet ducks that are friendly and look for food from humans. The property is also well kept by the maintenance crew. There's a guy name Edwin. He's part of the maintenance team. He's fast, helpful with the elderly and anyone that needs it, and all of the maintenance say hello and are cordial. The problem is the office! Not friendly nor cordial if they don't like you. They can walk right past their residents, know you are a resident, and say absolutely nothing. When they open, if you aren't one of their buddies, they literally see you at the door, unlock it, and walk away. Not open the door, smile, it say good morning! There isn't much professionalism there. The only one that can keep professional on the clock is the asst manager. Her name is Yashieka (I think). She can at least be professional and kind no matter what. I appreciate her. Outside of the office, the Apts and complex itself is wonderful. The neighborhood is a bit rough/ghetto...but the actual complex has good, working, friendly ppl.
