Lakeside Gardens

I recently moved here with my fiancé, and we love the place! Staff are professional and the environment is quiet and private. The grounds are well maintained and clean, and I genuinely feel safe here. Lots of convenient stores nearby as well, and a gym and pool on site, as well as activities and community events for residents. This is honestly a wonderful place to live!

Last week, I toured the 1-bedroom at Lakeside Gardens. Janna and the staff were so helpful. They even offered water and coffee and made the process easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The grounds were clean and inviting. I’m moving back to Florida and think this will be the perfect place to live! They even have full size washer and dryer!!

I really enjoy living in lakeside gardens,it’s quiet,family friendly,close to everything you could possibly need. I love the natural landscape and strolling around the lake. I just renewed my lease for another year. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities and the office staff and maintenance staff are amazing and are always there to assist me when needed. I would highly recommend living here and Janna in the office is amazing and very helpful throughout the leasing process and anything you might need afterwards.

My husband and I moved in to our apartment here in September 2025 and we enjoy living here. The leasing office was great in answering our questions prior to move in and accommodating our need for a downstairs apartment due to my husband's challenges he experiences with stairs. We sometimes hear noise from the neighboring apartments but its not anything disruptive and is to be expected when living in an apartment where you share walls with other residents. We had a concern with parking early on and the office was amenable to monitoring the situation and will be issuing new parking permits soon. Any maintenance requests we have submitted are responded to and handled promptly. We are comfortable dropping by the office if we have a concern to address. Denise and Janna are always helpful.We are paying slightly more than our last apartment, but the rent is definitely reasonable for all the amenities we have. Moving here was a good decision for us and we are very comfortable in our home.

I spent a month looking for an apartment that I would be comfortable with. I looked at a dozen different apartment complexes but kept going back to lakeside gardens. Primarily because of Janna. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on my first visit. I contacted her many times with questions and she was always quick to respond and answer any questions that I had. Overall, Jenna really was the reason that I selected lakeside gardens, and I plan to stay in my apartment because of the exceptional service offered by the front office.
