If Your credit Score Is Lower than 660 do not apply. They don’t tell you about the credit history part until you’re denied. This a money grab most companies make you a pay a full deposit lake Weston is just collecting application fees. The website encourages you to apply but don’t waste your money on applying because you will be DENIED regardless of what the office staff is saying

Went to visit a relative and this complex is disgusting. There is trash everywhere roaches. I was there visiting, and I could hear the people above Stompin on the floor. My relative is elderly and disabled, and has filed many requests about noise complaints and rodents. Also have had things stolen from her. She had her grandchild’s bike chained up under the stairs and somebody stole it. I would not live here if the rent was zero dollars. The pool has been closed for. Two years. It is not a good environment.

If you like to live with roaches neighbors with supposedly heavy feet heavy chairs because they can lift them flooding bathrooms sinks and see garbage on the pond your more than welcome to live here

RENTERS BEWARE of the staff and make note of ALL documents that you sign. The staff forged my signature on a document to get income information from my employer. When I notified their corporate office about it they did NOTHING. They made up a bogus lie stating that the document was signed by another tenant that was signing a lease that day. This tenant just happened to have the same initials as me and their signature was very close to mine. Instead of the corporate office being "ALL IN" and protecting the rights and information of the residents they have chosen to cover themselves and allow the staff to do this with no repercussions, I believe it will happen again. I also do not believe that this was the first time that it has happened as I only found out about it because my employer cc'd me on the response email to the community manager. With regards to the apartment... Aside from this recent incident, I have mostly had positive interactions with the office staff. My apartment is spacious and affordable. It is the perfect amount of room for me and my 2 kids. I have included pictures to show you the space in the livingroom area. Maintenance will respond for major problems but is very slow at fixing small things and typically in my experience only does enough to get by. We recently had a major renovation but there is quite a bit of unfinished work in the apartment. I have also included some of those pictures as well. I have reached out several times trying to get them fixed but they are short staffed and because my concerns are mostly aesthetic I do not feel that they are priority. I am surprised that the community manager was there person who posted a reply to this review because she was the person who forged the signature. The signature issue was not resolved to my satisfaction and I have sent several emails with pictures already.
