Lake Weston Point Apartments

This apartment complex is full of crap! I got pre approved for a three bedroom, then as I’m doing the rest of the application (like adding all my details). Here goes the office, you need to add your child support. I don’t receive child support. After that it was my bank statements ( my bank has an investment account but I don’t use it). They wanted a statement from the bank, but I did not have one because I don’t use that account. I show them that as well. Okay fast forward 2 days later, cause each day it was something else I needed to get for them, I get an email stating I was denied because of my income. How was approved with that same income but then I was denied for the same income to begin with. Make it make sense!!

As an outside vendor coming to this location and spending two days, the staff here were absolutely amazing. I want to give special Kudos to Lucy in the office who made my visit, comfortable and easy and Jose from Maintenance, who I spent the two days with during my inspection. He was thorough, polite, and awesome to work with.

Office staff> management and Maintenance are always on point when anything needs to be done. They take residence top priority. They gets the job done in a timely manner. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Familiar place. Clean and enjoyable area.
